Keeley did well in reassuring Caitlin that she was doing what she needed to do to care for our child. We appreciated her answering questions and providing her point of view for newborn and childcare.
Postpartum support and care was one of my biggest concerns before birth. Having someone to answer questions and help us adjust to life was incredibly helpful. Giving advice around breastfeeding was important for us. The most valuable thing was having someone I trust with the baby so I could nap and take care of things around the house.
The best part was having someone who was comfortable with babywearing and able to respond to the needs of the baby, and having the assurance that she was in good hands when I wasn't around. Also, Keeley being a mom herself was great.
Keeley holds space in a way that is all at once down to earth and deeply sacred. She weaves her own authenticity, humor, and everyday inspiration as a invitation that seems to say, “come as you are, mama, - all of you- and stay here awhile. Let’s see what magic there is to be made in this mess.”
Keeley is a deeply grounded, caring facilitator of MoonMuse gatherings. She skillfully weaves a container for the deepest concerns, yearnings, and creativity of sister mamas to be seen, heard, and felt through creative practices.
